Protect Every Child would like to publicly acknowledge the work, support, loyalty and activism efforts that Phyllis and Larry Greenwood have done THIS ENTIRE YEAR in support of Protect Every Child. We thank them for choosing to spend their time in this way, when there are so many other things they could have done instead. Many people in Utah and all over social media have seen your distinctive signs and banners, publicizing our cause. Your unselfish sacrifice has done much to help our mission to be “in the pink”, as the idiom goes. Thank you, thank you!
Here is just a small sampling of the kind of time and work
that the Greenwoods have dedicated to our effort through their volunteerism.
All this, to protect every child from abuse, especially within the institutional setting.

According to Larry Greenwood, “This picture was taken at the lower pull off near the the LDS Vaults, in Little Cottonwood Canyon, above Sandy Utah. The intent was to welcome San Young’s climbers as they scaled the peak after riding the Snowbird Tram to the top and then proceeding to hike to the top. We wanted to alert everyone going up to Snowbird for the October Fest that we were in the canyon.”

“[This photograph was taken] at the Salt Lake Temple during Spring Conference of the LDS Church. It was very windy, and I asked a tourist from China to hold out the flag. Exchanged smiles and gestures, and the couple was thrilled to help.”

“[We took this picture] at the top of Ensign Peak with Lisa Thredgold, who has climbed the peak 49 times for this cause. We engaged these sympathetic two women in discussion of why we were promoting the Protect Every Child project. They consented to pose for the pic.”
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Sign the new Petition:
Climb a mountain, hilltop or driveway. Unfurl a banner and share it.
Come to the March for the Children on October 5, 2019 in Salt Lake City.
THIS IS THE BIG ONE.
If we have 5,000 marchers, the national media will be all over it.
Institutions will be warned. Huge awareness will be raised.
Children will be protected. Past victims will take solace.
