Willow Springs Lake, elev 7000 feet, in Arizona.
“I chose this location because it’s close to where I live.
Thanks for all you do to protect LDS children. I will be at the March Oct 5th.
Much love to you and your family,”
Cela DeLaRosa
According to reference.com, “The willow tree figures in mythology and literature as a symbol of the moon, water, grief, healing and everlasting life. These themes refer to the willow’s propensity to grow near a source of water, which can be an underground spring or stream. Its reputation as a healer was enhanced by the fact that salicylic acid, an ingredient in aspirin, comes from the bark of the willow tree.”
Protect Every Child is working for that healing for survivors of institutional abuse. We hope for the day when there will be no more grief because the cycle of abuse has been ended. Protect Every Child is fighting, “clear as the moon… as an army with banners”, for the day when ALL children will always feel SAFE… at home… at church… at school… everywhere.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Sign the new Petition:
Climb a mountain, hilltop or driveway. Unfurl a banner and share it.
Come to the March for the Children on October 5, 2019 in Salt Lake City.
THIS IS THE BIG ONE.
If we have 5,000 marchers, the national media will be all over it.
Institutions will be warned. Huge awareness will be raised.
Children will be protected. Past victims will take solace.
